George Mason University's Off-Campus Student Programs and Services is sharing women's education with the Mason community though the screening of 'Girl Rising'on Monday, March 24th, from 7:30pm-11:00pm. Girl Rising journeys around the globe to witness the strength of the human spirit and the power of education to change the world, featuring the stories of girls from Ethiopia, Haiti, Afghanistan, Nepal, Egypt, Peru, Sierra Leone, and more. There will be a short panel discussion featuring distinguished faculty and students after the film. Refreshments will be provided.
